AgroWin is software that accesses World Agrocode Program data .
Up to date information for about 80 countries, 400 crops, 80 000 agrochemical products and thousands of pests.
The software allows analyzes of agrochemical product consumption across crop, countries and pests.

Homologa is a database containing registration information of agrochemical products:

  1. Approved products
  2. Maximum tolerance levels (MRLs) of agrochemicals in food

It covers more than 40 countries: Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, England, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine - Pacific: Australia, New Zealand - America: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Paraguay, USA, Jamaica- Africa: Egypt, Ivory Coast, South Africa, Madagascar, Morroco - Middle East: Israel - Asia: Japan, South-Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, China, India, Vietnam (ASEAN MRLs). More are to come as: Uruguay and Costa Rica (registrations).
The Maximum Residue data is updated constantly, the Product Registration data once per month for Europe and once a year for the rest. Beside this information, Homologa™ gives information about active ingredients, companies, approved crops, maximum dose rates, Pre-Harvest Interval (PHI), risk and safety phrases and approval status of agrochemicals in the EU.
To be able to supply high quality data, Agrobase uses only the original sources from the ministries and experts who enter the data into the system.
The software of Homologa™ allows comparison of different MRL standards between the countries as well as it allows matching of registered pesticides in the production country with the mrls of the import country.

It helps:

  1. Finding the cases on product registrations that do not comply with the import countries’ standards and hence avoid problems once fresh produce is exported.
  2. Reduce the risk of Fresh Produce exports being rejected
  3. Giving recommendations to the farmer on what to apply, when to apply, how often to apply and how much to apply
  4. Defining projects for new product registrations for important export crops. For example, if there are no products available yet or there is no compliance for the existent products
  5. Comparing laboratory results with the Mrls of import countries and redirect shipments if necessary
  6. Supplying necessary information for certifications.

Distribution:

Homologa™ is distributed in the UK by the Food and Environment Research Agency, in Italy by Ecospi, in Japan by Joy Consultants, in France Agricommand, in Portugal and Sweden by Lennart Holm Florestal International Lda., in The Netherlands by MSI and in Greece by Agron. Agrobase intends to find other cooperations in other countries and makes no difference between public or private organizations.
